Cpl. David Emery Meets President Bush

President George W. Bush visited Marine Cpl. David Emery at Bethesda Naval Medical Center to personally present a Purple Heart Award to Emery accompanied by his wife, Leslie and new baby daughter, Carlee.  At the presentation in his hospital room, D.J. received a personal invitation from the President of the United States to visit the White House when he learns how to walk again following his rehabilitation at Walter Reed Army Hospital, Emery's next stop on his long recovery.
